Job description
Roles & Responsibility
Vouching of expenses sheet submitted by employees and supporting documents and its clearance
Vouching of expenses sheets booked at the unit/ department cost centers
Vouching of bills / invoices of vendors
Work related to finalization of each Quarter and Annual Financial
(Purchase, Bank book, Cash book, General Expenses entries finalization, , Details of Outstanding expenses and Prepaid expenses)
Finalization of accounts/ ledgers
Co-ordination with internal auditors
Payment of consultancy fees as per the agreement
Generation of various reports/ statements / MIS as and when required by the Management
Skills Required
Hands on knowledge of working Indian Accounting Standards
Finalization of Books / Profit & loss Alc
