6) Job Description :

Qualification : Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Preparation of quarterly, half-yearly and year to date financial results, as per of SEBI. (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Independently coordinating with Statutory Auditor with regard to finalization of books of accounts, resolving their queries, discussion of audit report and timely closure of audit.

To prepare stand-alone & consolidated financial statements, notes to accounts and disclosures ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (IndAs).

Review and analysis of trial balances, carry out regular ledger scrutiny and maintaining hygiene of books of accounts so as to generate various reports from ERP, smooth and error free.

Preparation of various working notes and documentation thereof required for Cost Audit, Tax Audit; coordinating with them with regard to query solution, discussion of audit report and timely closure of audits.

Perform various month closure activities so as to timely close periodic books of account and to prepare & review monthly P&L along with KPIs.

Monitor and stream line various procedures ensuring compliance with RACM (Risk Assessment Control Matrix), IFC (Internal Financial Control) and SOPs.
