Roles And Responsibilities
· To liaison with various functions & auditors to seek information & share the same as per quality standards & as per timelines
· Prepare, Review and Report Financial Accounting and Regulatory Returns, financial statements
· Manage Audit & Inspection queries and replies
· Manage regulatory reviews
· Preparation of final statement of affairs viz. Balance sheet, Profit and Loss A/c, etc.
· To monitor cost and profit performance of all departments regularly and suggests corrective action wherever needed.
· Manage Taxation & Compliance deliverable
· Own processes & related documents
· Share inputs for Tax planning
