Job Description: Chartered Accountant

Liboc Davamart is a leading retail and warehouse company specializing in generic medicines. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience, preferably in a company environment. The candidate should be located in Delhi or Gurugram.
Responsibilities:
Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports to provide accurate and timely financial information to management.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas of financial risk and implement necessary controls and procedures.
Manage and monitor financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for decision-making purposes.
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
Provide financial guidance and support to internal stakeholders, assisting in financial planning and decision-making processes.
Monitor cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance and minimize risks.
Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and accounting standards and ensure their implementation in the organization.
Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a company environment.
Strong understanding of financial reporting mechanisms and accounting principles.
Proficient in financial software and systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
Excellent knowledge of taxation laws and regulations.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and ethical standards.
