We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated Chartered Accountant with expertise in direct taxation to join our renowned chartered accounting company in Ahmedabad. As a Chartered Accountant specializing in direct taxation, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive tax advisory and compliance services to our diverse portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on direct taxation matters, including tax planning, compliance, and optimization of tax liabilities.
• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable tax laws, regulations, and deadlines.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of tax-related issues, staying updated with changes in tax legislation, and communicating the impact to clients.
• Assist clients in resolving tax disputes, representing them before tax authorities, and managing tax audits and assessments.
Requirements
• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of experience in direct taxation.
• Strong knowledge of Indian direct tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in tax planning, preparation of tax returns, and handling tax assessments.
• Familiarity with tax software and tools used for tax compliance and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex tax laws and communicate them effectively to clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Proficient in using MS Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably Gujarati
