Finance & Accounts Manager / Senior Manager (Chartered Accountant)

Qualification:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• Additional certifications (MBA Finance / CFA) are an added advantage
Experience:
• 5–12 years (can be adjusted based on role level)
• Experience in industries like Construction Equipment, Manufacturing, or Infrastructure preferred
Job Summary:
The Finance & Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, managing accounts, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Management & Reporting
• Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights
2. Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Ensure proper accounting as per applicable standards (IND AS / GAAP)
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records
3. Taxation & Compliance
• Manage direct and indirect taxation (GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.)
• Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory compliance
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
4. Budgeting & Forecasting
• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Monitor budget vs actuals and control costs
• Support management in financial planning
5. Audit & Internal Controls
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Implement and monitor internal control systems
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
6. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
• Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital
• Manage banking relationships and funding requirements
• Ensure effective utilization of financial resources
7. Team Management
• Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team
• Ensure continuous improvement in processes and efficiency
