Job Description
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
Month, Quarter, and end-yearbook closing
Review and monitor accounts payable/receivable
Invoice generation on customers
Intercompany invoices
Overview bank receipts/payments.
Review of entries in general ledger.
Reviewing and authorizing manual Journals posted by accountants in Workday
Ensure all costs are accounted in correct cost centers and Spend Categories.
Review of monthly payroll
cash forecasting
Analysis of variance between budgeted and actual revenue and expenditure.
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
Coordinate and complete annual audits
Provide recommendations
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
Meet financial accounting objectives
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
