Job Title: Chartered Accountant
Location: Jaipur
EXPERIENCE: 2+yrs (NBFC or any Financial company experience is preferred)
Salary:- 8-10 LPA
JOB ROLE: We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant in our accounts department to handle day-to-day operations and compliance.
Qualifications and skills:
• CA certificate required.
• Graduation degree in B.com is preferred.
• Must have good command over Microsoft Office, Eg. -Excel, Word.
• Team management.
• Multitasking
• Time management.
• Problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Logical reasoning and aptitude skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Preparation of cash flow for the month and regular monitoring of monthly expenses.
• Implementation of processes across the organization.
• Monitoring the compliance of all statutory compliances including GST, TDS, etc.
• Handling the team and getting updates for routine tasks.
• Completing the tasks within due dates.
• Management of P&L and MIS.
• Develop, prepare and adhere to the reporting formats.
• Develop systems related to accounting reports and implement accounting policies.
• Runs software reports and performs the analysis.
• Implementation and monitoring of the budget.
• Preparation and finalization of accounts and submission to auditor.
• Quarterly reporting of the balance sheet, profit & loss accounts, and trial balance.
• Preparation of presentations for the meetings.
• Monitoring funds planning and management.
• Review of cash book of UFPL on monthly basis.
• Review of expenses and cost-saving opportunities highlighted to Mgt.
• Review and approve all routine transactions.
• Monitoring debtor's position and a reminder to consult teams for overdue payments.
