Chartered Accountant

Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

• Monitor and manage budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasts.

• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial regulations.

• Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports, including statutory filings and tax returns.

• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.

• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and advise management on their impact.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to support decision-making processes.

• Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, and feasibility studies for new projects and investments.

• Assist in the development of business plans, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to evaluate financial performance.

Risk Management:

• Identify and assess financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.

• Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

• Advise management on financial risks and opportunities for risk optimization.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.

• Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and project managers.

• Communicate financial information and analysis effectively to non-financial stakeholders.

• Participate in meetings, presentations, and discussions related to financial matters.
