Job Description:

• Preparing & Finalizing the Quarterly & Yearly Books of Accounts of the group company along withother MIS on monthly basis.

• Managed full accounts, overseeing data entry, and reviewing financial statements.

• Led audit processes conducted by chartered accountants

• Co-coordinating with Banks and NBFC for the financing of companies' projects and working capital

• Produced management accounts and reports at month-end with details including expenses and budgets

• Led all tax activities, including computations and governance

• Developed and implemented financial strategies to support business growth and profitability

• Implemented an internal audit program, safeguarding the company from violations during external audits

• Addressed asset transfers, lender and equity requests, and audit inquiries to provide information

on assessments • Set accurate budgets based on historical data and forecasted trends to keep operations financially sound.

• Coordinated smooth operation of monthly payroll, facilitating timely employee payments. • Prepared management accounts and

budget-holder reports, identifying significant trends and variances.

• Developed ongoing programmers using good team communication and collaboration.

• Trained and mentored employees to maximize team performance.

• Stock Management

Location: Navi Mumbai

Desired Candidate profile:

• Candidate should be qualified CA.

• Must have 5 Years experience into Accounts field.
