As a Chartered Accountant (CA), you will play a crucial role in overseeing our financial management, compliance, and strategic planning activities. You will work closely with senior management and various departments to ensure financial stability, regulatory compliance, and sound decision-making processes.Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records for the company. Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning and decision-making. Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and financial standards. Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders as necessary. Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and department heads. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks. Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with of relevant experience or fresher Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
