Job Responsibilities
· Ensure to keep the right shape of the Books of Accounts throughout the year
· Ensure Income Tax Return Filing and all the related works thereof of all the Individual Members of the Directors’ Families and HUFs
· Calculation of Depreciation, Calculation of Deferred Tax, Calculation of MAT, Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register, Calculation of Pre-Operative Expenses etc. are examples of few critical workings he must be capable of
· The person should be able to assess CSR compliance, the Companies Act related Compliance and should be able to track any non-compliance and violation thereof in Books of Accounts
· This person must be able to prepare Monthly PL and BS of few major Group Entities.
· Must have strong knowledge of accounting standards
· Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
· Preparing various MIS reports, fund flow/cash flow statement.
· Preparation & filling of monthly & annual GST return.
· Reconciliation of GSTR 2A, 3B, etc. with books of accounts.
· Handling Indirect taxes & direct taxes.
· Statutory compliance related to income tax, Company Law, sales tax, service tax, GST etc.
· Handling of Income Tax & GST assessments & appear before various authorities.
· Handling a team of accounts & managing their tasks.
Desired Profile
· CA/CMA with 3-4 year of experience.
· Comprehensive Knowledge of Tally ERP +, MS Office.
· Immediate joining, full time job.
· Able to work independently.
