Job Summary:We are seeking a strategic Head of Accounts & Finance to lead our financial operations, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance. This role involves financial planning, budgeting, taxation, payroll management, streamlining daily operations, and advising senior management on key financial decisions. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, optimizing financial processes and guiding the team toward business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Financial Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies, provide insights for business growth, and assess risks.
· Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare and monitor budgets, optimize capital allocation, and ensure cost efficiency.
· Accounting & Compliance: Oversee accounting operations, statutory audits, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
· Streamlining Accounting & Finance: Implement automation, standardize workflows, and improve invoice processing.
· Financial Reporting & Advisory: Generate MIS reports, track key financial metrics, and advise management.
· Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance.
· Stakeholder Management: Liaise with auditors, banks, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Key Requirements:
· Qualifications: CA/CFA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
· Experience: 8+ years in finance & accounts, with at least 5 years in leadership.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, compliance, and financial planning.
· Expertise in budgeting, cash flow management, ERP systems, and automation.
· Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
