Chartered Accountant
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a redundant process backup in place for every critical operation
TDS/ GST timely deposit after verification of entries for tax compliance.
Create new internal accounting corporate policies and maintain existing policies
Ensure to train the team and assign their KRAs and review their performances.
Monitor emerging technology to determine ways to automate the accounting process without sacrificing accuracy and accountability
Develop monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management and executive teams
Implement and monitor the month, quarter, and year-end closeout accounting schedules
Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine the present and forecasted financial health of the company
Use financial modeling to simulate financial scenarios
Present potential scenarios and outcomes to the management team
Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organizational financial documents
Collaborate with management on the development and execution of funding strategies
Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles
Develop or recommend solutions for problems or situations
Responsible for every compliance of the group
All the responsibilities of Internal and External Audit.
Overall responsibility for the Group Company Financial and Accounts Management.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualified Chartered Accountant
10+ years’ experience in an accounting leadership role
Real Estate Experience is a must
Exceptional leadership abilities
Strong budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis skills required
