Role & responsibilities: • Overall supervision of Accounts department at HO and Plants • Accounts Finalization on monthly, quarterly and annual basis • Ensuring all statutory compliance • Manage Internal Audit and Statutory Audit • Consolidation of various group companies Accounts • Responsible for factory cost accounts • Annual Report preparation • Monitoring AR, AP,FA,LC,Bill Discounting, Inter company reconciliation etc • Daily,weekly, monthly, quarterly MIS,P&L,Balance Sheet,Cash Flow etc • System enhancements, Dashboard development etc • MIS reports automation • Leading the Budgeting process • Establishing SOP's, internal control systems and ensuring adherence • Companies Act & IT related compliance Knowledge preferred: • Must have worked in a manufacturing intensive organizational. • Must have worked in an ERP environment independently handled accounts finalization & Statutory audits. • Good understanding of Indian Accounting standards & corporate laws. • Project finance. • Tax compliance Skills: • Leadership skills communication skills. • MS Office. • Self starter-working independent.
