Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to lead our finance team in strengthening the financial backbone for high-growth companies.

This is a pivotal role that combines financial reporting, financial management, and investor deliverables with hands-on involvement in building scalable systems and supporting strategic decisions.

You will work closely with founders, investors, and auditors to ensure books are closed on time, MIS and analysis are reliable, and the company is always investor- and audit-ready.

Oversee monthly and annual book closure and ensure accuracy of accounts.

Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget vs Actual).

Drive financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews.

Establish systems, processes, and SOPs for finance and compliance.

Ensure compliance with statutory, investor, and audit requirements.

Manage and track Cap Table and investor obligations.

Support fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting.

Lead audit readiness and compliance tracking across functions.
