Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic and skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) to bolster our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in Direct/Indirect Taxation, financials, and audit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead audit teams across diverse audit engagements.
• Manage Income Tax Returns for Individuals and Companies, including Demand Correction.
• Draft Financial Statements like Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and Statements of Changes in Equity.
• Conduct Tax Audits and compile detailed reports on audit findings.
• Ensure monthly submission of TDS Returns.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly GST Returns, handling Demand Correction.
• Perform Valuation of Shares of Companies.
• Manage Inspection, Net Worth Certificates, Search Reports, and Due Diligence Reports.
• File ROC Annual Returns.
Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Thorough understanding of Taxation principles, practices, and standards.
• Proficiency in accounts compliance, including tax compliance and statutory audits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
