We are seeking a fresher and as well as experienced CA (semi qualified / drop-outs - completed CA Articleship) to join our organization.

As a CA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, analyzing financial data, and providing valuable insights to drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and examine financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.

Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Conduct regular internal / tax audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective financial strategies.

Provide financial advice and support to management, offering insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.

Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and standards and ensures compliance.

Conduct tax planning and preparation of tax returns, ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations.

Assist in the preparation of financial documents for audits and liaise with external auditors.

Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree.

Fresher and as well as experienced CA (semi qualified / drop-outs - completed CA Articleship)

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and standards.

Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent knowledge of financial software and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Solid understanding of tax laws and regulations.

High level of integrity and professionalism.
