Chat Agent
Job Summary:
We are seeking a polite, professional Chat Agent to represent our clients professionally by providing exceptional service to their customers via phone.
The Chat Agent will handle a high volume of inbound chats and strive to create a positive experience for each customer.
Responsibilities:
• Attend to chats and communicate with customers with energy and enthusiasm.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, customers, and call center team members based on trust and reliability.
• Understand and meet or exceed program metrics while providing excellent customer service.
• Meet department productivity and quality standards.
• Strive for first chat resolution and take ownership of customer needs and issues.
• Communicate and follow instructions for one chat customer resolution.
• D eliver amazing customer service through effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns.
• Take an active role in educating customers about our clients products and services.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
• At least 18 years old.
• Good English communication skills.
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
• Preferably with at least 6 months of International BPO experience but not required.
• Freshers and those with Domestic BPO experience are also welcome to apply.
• Can work full-time, on flexible schedules and overtime.
