Responsibilities:

Offer personalized and professional assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide effective support.
Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat or email support capacity.
Strong typing skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
Proficient in using chat and email platforms or software.
Ability to empathize with customers and provide appropriate solutions.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of inquiries.
