Roles and responsibilities:
Able to provide customer service to international client.
Capable of handling customer queries and resolve their problems efficiently and quickly to retain them
Understand customer needs and provide them relevant solutions through chats and mails
Able to handle multiple customers and their queries simultaneously and achieve customer satisfaction
Candidate profile:
Able to work in rotational shifts (7 AM – 4 PM, 1 PM - 10 PM, 10 PM - 7 AM)
Good communication skill
Capable of communicating in English (verbal and written)
Fresher / 1-3 years experienced in voice or non-voice
