Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Proven experience in customer service or online chat support role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions
• Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
