Job Description: Customer Experience Specialist - Chat Support
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills for the role of Customer Experience Specialist - Chat Support in our Ahmedabad , Vadodara & Gandhinagar locations. The successful candidate will be working in a 247 environment with night shifts and rotational offs. Candidates with a minimum qualification of HSC are encouraged to apply, including freshers.
Salary: 20k-30k (Based on BPO experience & Interview)
Location: Ahmedabad ,Vadodara & Gandhinagar
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service through chat support.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Be flexible to work in a 247 environment with night shifts and rotational offs.
Must be able to commute within a local transport boundary of 30kms.
