About the role:-
Customer Support is the single most important function at go4WorldBusiness. We pride ourselves as being one of the most customer centric companies in our domain and go to any length to ensure we have nothing but happy customers. We have a vibrant and dynamic team of Support Agents who work round the clock to answer customer queries and provide quick resolution to all customer complaints.
NOTE:- Please note that this is a desk based job and does not involve travel.
Employment Type:- This is a full-time, on-site role. Not work from home or hybrid.
Educational qualifications:- Bachelors degree in any relevant field
What you'll do most of the time:-
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries by phone, email or chat
• Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
• Process and log incoming/outgoing calls into the CRM system
• Forward and escalate inquiries to relevant individuals and departments
• Contact customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries
What you'll need to Qualify:-
• Self-motivated and driven by targets
• Resilience
• Strong communication skills including both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service skills, with experience in interacting with customers by phone, email, chat, or other mediums is highly required.
