We are looking for a Support Executive with a strong work ethic and dedicated to creating a safe working culture within the team. You will get an opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and play a vital role in improving the customer experience standards at our growing organization.
Responsibilities
Minimum 2 years of experience in ORM/Social Media Escalations/Chat Support/Email Support.
Proficient in Written English, should be able to come up with immediate creative responses.
Experience in handling email and chat grievances/queries would be an advantage.
Raise issues to the concerned teams and follow up for resolutions.
High level of individual discretion to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
Build credibility with customers by empathizing with their problem in words, proactively understand their needs and respond promptly.
Accurately document all customer issues via emails and customer support tools, adhere to the process and follow-up timely.
Should be comfortable with both the chat and calling process.
Have an excellent customer service attitude and is customer focused.
Should be comfortable in rotational shifts.
Should have multitasking abilities and should be able to quickly identify problem statements.
Skills Required
Good command over English Language, ability to effectively communicate information in written format.
A problem- solving attitude.
Customer service experience of at least one year.
Should be able to multitask
Dedicated and focused individual
Should have both chat and calling experience.
Compensation - 30000 - 35000 per month.
