Job Description
Handle customer chat inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/system.
Provide clear product/service information and troubleshoot basic concerns.
Follow communication scripts, process guidelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Tech) to ensure quick resolutions.
Gather customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Ensure a positive customer experience while upholding company values and brand voice.
Working Profile
Working Hours: * hours per shift (rotational shifts).
Night Shift Allowance will be provided.
Educational Qualification
Graduation in any discipline.
Strong written communication skills in English are mandatory.
Preferred Experience
0–3 years of experience in customer support/chat process/BPO/KPO is a plus.
Experience in chat/email support will be an added advantage.
