Job Description
We are looking for a Chat Support Executive for the Admissions and Inside Sales Department who will be responsible for providing support and issue resolution by ensuring excellent service provided across all types of communications related to IIDE’s Digital Marketing Courses. Candidates should have excellent communication skills as well as interpersonal skills. They should have active listening skills with a passion for education and student journeys.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Handle lead enquiries & pitch the right course to the lead.
Find prospects & pass it to the counselors.
Respond on chats to provide resolution to the query.
Keep records of lead interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on leads’ requests.
Reporting of lead quality via chats.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Prior Experience in Chat or Email compulsory
Patience & Temperament
Good communications skills
Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills
Expected deliverables/KPIs :
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Chat resolution time under 1 minute.
Clearing all lead queries within 24 hours.
The candidate must be residing in Mumbai
