PINUP Global in currently looking for an Online Chat Operator with knowledge of
English and Hindi.
Requirements :
Stress management, conflict resolution;
Having a positive attitude, and a sense of humor;

Skills for dealing with non-standard situations;
The ability to take responsibility for your decisions;

Willingness for long-term cooperation;
Candidate should have a workplace with a stable Internet connection and laptop (windows 10/MacBook);
English and Hindi – good knowledge is a must.
Responsibilities:
Answer clients' inquiries via online chat in India
Assist customers regarding website usability
Solve customers' issues that they may face during their client’s experience
Build long-term relationships with Clients
Provide clients with current information on current offers/promotions of the company
