Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and Design Bot Solutions:
• Lead the design and architecture of scalable bot solutions using the Microsoft Bot Framework, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality user interactions.
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into conversational AI solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Required:
• 8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in conversational AI/bot development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Bot Framework, Azure Bot Services, Azure OpenAI (Copilot), and Power Virtual Agents (PVA).
