We are looking for a passionate individual for the role of Chatbot Configurator at our Noida Office.
Roles and Responsibilities
Configure and deploy chatbots for customer requirements using Mtalkz Chatbot/CRM Platform
Use Chat GPT and Bard to improve the Chatbot flow options
Support client in integrating chatbot flow into their technical environments.
Troubleshoot bots, debug, and deploy chatbots on various channels.
Involve in all the stages of chatbot development from architecting to implementing.
Conduct Chabot demo/training and other activities.
Overseeing the customer service process.
Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
Requirements and Skills:
· Must be graduated in bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, BCA, or a related field is preferred.
· Securing 80% & above in Maths in 10th & 12th.
· Rich understanding of programming algorithms, API’s and Feeback URL’s. Any experience using POSTMAN API tool will be helpful.
· Strong Mathematical and logical reasoning Skills.
· IT background will be preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
