We are looking for an US/UK executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. As an US/UK Executive Team Member, you will be working in Rotational shifts.

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions through phone, email, and chat.
• Onboarding New Customer
• Providing feedback and updates to management in regards to customer interactions
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Key Skills Required:
• Shift Rotational (24\7)
• Fluent English Communication (Verbal & Written)
• Microsoft Office Tools (Advanced Excel & Word)
• Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
• Must be Graduate (In any Stream)
• Should be residing in Ahmedabad, Gujarat
