As a taxi driver, you will navigate the city streets, maintain the vehicle, and handle cash transactions, all while providing an exceptional experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
Transport passengers to their desired destinations safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle by performing regular inspections and basic maintenance.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring passengers feel comfortable and appreciated during their ride.
Accurately handle cash transactions, provide change when necessary, and keep a log of trips.
Obey traffic laws while driving to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users. Manage time effectively to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, optimizing routes based on traffic conditions.
Assist passengers with luggage or special needs, if necessary.
Skills
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with a variety of people.
Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for calculating fares.
Valid commercial driver's license and a clean driving record.
Excellent time management skills to ensure punctual pick-ups and drop-offs.
Knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and traffic patterns for efficient navigation.
