Job Title: International Chat Support Executive (CSE/TSE)

Company: Intentional Campaigns

Location: Jaipur (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹27,000 - ₹30,000 CTC

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Work Schedule: 5.5 Days per Week

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat across international markets.

Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot product/service issues.

Build strong relationships with customers by providing insightful solutions and exceeding expectations.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Undergraduate freshers are eligible.

Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
