We are seeking a qualified full-time permanent chef with 1-2 years of experience in Asian cuisine, specializing in Thai cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
Wok-cooking
Food preparation
Knife skills management
Stock management and leadership are crucial aspects of the role. Previous experience in South East Asian or Chinese cooking is highly valued.
Requirements:
Certificate I - IV (Preferred)
Kitchen experience: at least 1 year (Preferred)
Cooking qualification (Required)
Work authorization: Australia (Required)
Work Arrangements:
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000-$75,000 per year for 38 hours/week, working Wednesdays to Sundays, in the afternoon and evenings.
