We are currently recruiting a Chef to work with our team in Holywood, BT18 +RA
No qualification? No problem! We offer the chance to gain your qualification through our apprenticeship scheme, earn whilst you learn!

• Full and part time available – 16-37 hours a week, 5 days over 7, shifts ranging between 6am - 8pm

What You'll Be Doing
• You’ll be preparing and serving food to the highest standard
• Producing food in line with the recipe sheets
• Full knowledge of all menu items served
• Management of production and food levels to ensure minimal wastage
• Assisting in the compilation of all shift opening and closing checklists
• Discussing ideas or improvements with line manager
• Act as a trainer/ coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.
• Assist in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans
• Undertake relevant training as required
Experience
• Food hygiene certificate level 2 or willing to work towards it on our e-learning platform
• Previous Chef/Cooking experience
• Security clearance checks are required
• A passion for food and service
• Flexible approach to hours and duties
• Willingness to undergo training as required
