Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement menus that cater to the resort's guests and their preferences
Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard
Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized, and food is stored correctly
Maintain an inventory of all kitchen supplies and equipment
Manage food costs and keep them within budget
Work with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests
Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes
Implement and enforce all food safety and sanitation regulations
Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a chef
Excellent knowledge of food preparation and presentation
Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours when necessary
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
