• Can decorate bake the cakes and decorate with ganache, buttercream, whipped cream and fondant
• Excellent sugar paste skills in making flowers, animal figurines, human figurines and other objects
• Able to handle customized cake order from start to finish.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
