Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chikkamagaluru. As a Chef at Happy Retreats, you will be responsible for creating and preparing high-quality dishes, managing the kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. You will collaborate with the management team to develop menus, order ingredients, and maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications
• Culinary Arts certification or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook
• Proficient in a wide range of cooking techniques and cuisines
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Passion for creating memorable dining experiences
