About the Role
This position is 32 hours per week, working r5iday to Monday.
Shifts are early morning starts (6.15am / 7am) to deliver top-notch breakfast and lunch service — and no late nights ever.
What You’ll Be Doing
Running daily prep and service with confidence and efficiency
Keeping our cabinet stocked with delicious, eye-catching items
Delivering a la carte dishes quickly, consistently and to Columbus standards
Upholding our FCP, allergen management processes and overall site H&S
Ensuring equipment, cleanliness and compliance documentation are always on point
Supporting the Head Chef with production forecasting and team communication
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen
Strong skills in cabinet food, baking and cook-to-order service
A sharp eye for presentation and portion consistency
Solid knowledge of Food Control Plans and Health & Safety
Calm, organised leadership and clear communication under pressure
Reliability, speed and a genuine love of quality
Excellent baking skills – from muffins and scones to cakes, slices and biscuits
