Collaborate within a dedicated team in a unique environment as a Chefs, Cooks and Apprentice Chefs at Holsworthy Barracks (Liverpool). This role is suitable for candidates that enjoy bulk cooking with a passion for quality, flavour, and presentation. You’ll get full training and support while working in a dynamic and fun working environment.
The Position:
Part time and full time positions
Prepare high-quality, buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and events
Uphold catering standards, comply with OH&S and HACCP regulations, and maintain a strong focus on waste reduction
Support kitchen operations by managing inventory, receiving supplies, and monitoring cold room controls
Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
The Person:
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
Licence and transport to access site, no public transport
Proven experience in large commercial kitchens.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety.
Passionate about quality, with a focus on presentation and attention to detail.
Goal-oriented, committed to personal and organisational success.
