Chef Culinary Specialist

Roles and ResponsibilitiesPlan the kitchen operations i.e. Menu, procurement, Quality & HygienePreparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, vegetables, or other diet concious foods. Take charge of the assigned kitchen/s of operations Prepare, Produce and Present food to the agreed standard and quality with proper presentation. Organize all resources within the kitchen for optimum productivity and use Prepare, cook and produce food with particular emphasis on presentation, hygiene and economy Ensure proper cleanliness of the kitchen equipment and the kitchen area;Observe safety rules and procedures Ensure that equipment and materials are maintained as per standards.Candiadte Profile Preferred experience of working in Healthcare / Cruise Liner/ Institututional Kitchen.Experience in menu planning and production.Candiadtes must have an experience of 7 to 8 years .Diploma or Degree in Hotel managementCompetent in various cuisines North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Continental both Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian.Perks and Benefits Company offers liberal perks, bachelor's accomodation for outstation candidates.
