Job Description
• Preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, vegetables, or other diet concious foods.
• Take charge of the assigned kitchen/s of operations
• Prepare, Produce and Present food to the agreed standard and quality with proper presentation.
• Organize all resources within the kitchen for optimum productivity and use Prepare, cook and produce food with particular emphasis on presentation hygiene and economy
• Ensure proper cleanliness of the kitchen equipment and the kitchen area;Observe safety rules and procedures
• Ensure that equipment and materials are maintained as per standards.
Candiadte Profile
• Preferred experience of working in Healthcare / Cruise Liner/ Institututional Kitchen.
• Experience in menu planning and production.
• Candiadtes must have an experience of 7 to 8 years .
• Diploma or Degree in Hotel management
• Competent in various cuisines North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Continental both Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian.
