Key Responsibilities:
Menu Development: Design an authentic and innovative Asian menu with a strong emphasis on Chinese cuisine, reflecting both tradition and modern flair.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to uphold the highest standards of food quality and consistency.
Culinary Excellence: Ensure top-notch presentation and flavor in every dish, bringing amazing food to the table that leaves a lasting impression.
Kitchen Operations: Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory, hygiene, safety, and cost control.
Guest Experience: Collaborate with Executive Chef to create a culinary experience that aligns with our brand vision and delights our guests.
Desired Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine in high-end or concept restaurants.
Strong background in Chinese cuisine (Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, etc.), with a flair for pan-Asian fusion a plus.Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
Passion for innovation, presentation, and creating memorable food experiences.
Must be of Chinese nationality.
