As a Chef de Partie, you will be a crucial part of our dynamic kitchen brigade. You will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of dishes are consistently up to the hotel's high standards. You'll collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, working across a variety of modern British and international menus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to a high standard
• Manage and train Commis Chefs and junior staff
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times
• Assist with menu development, contributing creative ideas
• Maintain stock levels and manage waste efficiently
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service
Salary: £34,937 p/a + tronc
