About the role
We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to run our daily breakfast operations in our restaurant Luci, delivering our signature breakfast that our guests know and love. You will also look after the catering needs for our hotel meetings and events, club lounge and support the restaurant when needed.
What we are looking for
Proven experience in a hotel environment running sections within breakfast or events.
A true passion for cooking and culinary creation.
The drive and creativity to bring your ideas to the table to improve our menu selection and offerings.
Ability to mentor and upskill our junior chefs.
Flexibility to rotate across areas such as breakfast or events as required.
Someone with a desire to learn, develop and grow with Hilton.
Ability to start work at 5:00am in the morning.
