We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about food and standards to join our established, professional and welcoming kitchen brigade of 8 chefs.

Your ideas and input into menu planning will be welcomed and the position offers great scope for development and progression at this 4 star AA rosetted Hotel.A year round, permanent position working in a kitchen with a variety of menus offering Restaurant fine dining, Brasserie and a busy Function venue for weddings and events working with fresh locally sourced produce in an exciting and vibrant atmosphere where you are really encouraged to feel an important part of the team.
