Urgently hiring for CDP Continental specialising in authentic Italian cuisine. The ideal candidate should be able to handle a kitchen team, manage inventory, calculate food costs, reduce wastage and follow FSSAI procedures to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the kitchen. You would also be required to handle any guest queries and converse with them.
