As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen team, contributing to the creation of memorable dining experiences. You will be responsible for assisting with the order of service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
Supervise and support a small team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
Maintain impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies for your section.
Uphold rigorous hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
What you Need:
Proven experience in a similar role within a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen.
Passion for food and a keen eye for detail.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and lead by example.
Commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
