Chef de partie -Boutique Hotel - £33,040 + overtime Canterbury
Key Information:
Salary: £33,040 + overtime ( 45 hours per week + paid overtime at £14.12) or ( 40 hours per week )
Hours: full time 5/7 , 45h/40 per week - paid overtime
Location: Canterbury area, must be able to drive
Contract: Permanent
The Role:
A fabulous Boutique Hotel situated on the outskirts of Canterbury are looking to recruit chef de partie to help join their brigade of chefs. The restaurant boasts a superb choice of fresh, locally sourced dishes served daily. This company also offers excellent career opportunities to develop and progress. The hotel is based in a stunning location with a unique twist.
Due to remote location own transport is highly desirable.
What you need to be successful in the Chef role:
• Experienced Chef de Partie level having worked in a high quality establishment.
• Experience of working with strict Health and Hygiene regimes
• Experience of ordering and menu pricing.
• Developing staff and passing on knowledge and skills
• Must have a passion and love for food.
• An enthusiasm for the role and for the hospitality and leisure industry in general.
What you need to get the Chef job:
Experience at chef de partie level at fresh food environment,
Passionate about food
Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level
