Primary Job Responsibilities:
1. To take care of daily food preparation to meet standards and quality set by the Company
2. To co-ordinate daily tasks with Executive Chef
3. To supervise the work of DCDP and Commis
4. To manage the pass
5. To ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food articles are of highest quality standards
6. To ensure documentation of all Standard Operating Procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation
7. To document all menu items, recipes, method of production and presentation standards
8. To implement excellent menu creations to enhance feel good factor for customers
+. To follow high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all processes
10. To conduct the pre-employment food trials of candidates
11. To conduct the first round of interview up to the positions of DCDP
12. To conduct the induction sessions of new joiners
13. To ensure that necessary trainings are conducted for DCDP and Commis as per training calendar
14. To prepare and manage duty roster
15. To operate and keep check on all department equipment
